Kraken Congee has expanded their bar offerings and debuted a revamped Happy Hour, which will be held Tuesdays through Saturdays from 3pm – 6pm.
Kraken Congee’s bar size has increased 50% with new varieties of sake, shochu, Japanese whiskey, beer, and other spirits to bolster the current collection. The new spirits will also be featured in signature cocktails, offered during the restaurant and bar’s new and improved Happy Hour. Some of the exciting new liquor and beverage labels guests can now enjoy include:
- Suntory Whisky
- Akashi Whisky
- Yuki No Bosha “Cabin in the Snow” Daiginjo Sake
- Konteki “Pearls of Simplicity” Junmai Daiginjo Sake
- Window’s Migaki Shochu (oak aged)
- Namahage “Devil Mask” Shochu
- Tokyo Black (Porter), Yoho Brewery
- “Wednesday Cat” Belgian Style Wit Ale, Yoho Brewery
Guests can also dine on Kraken’s signature buns and small plates for 50% off during Happy Hour, like the Bang Bang Shrimp Buns and the Pork Belly Adobo Pinch Buns both just $4, as well as other restaurant classics, including Fried Brussels Sprouts for only $3.50, Sticky Icky Fish Sauce Chicken Wings for $4.50, and the Kimchi Trio for just $3. In addition to $4 draft beers and sake, signature cocktails including the Shochu Negroni are also available for $5.
